Report on the Workshop “Creating a Future-Oriented Coastal Community—For the Coexistence of Humans and the Ocean” is now published

On February 22, 2025, the Workshop & Open Talk Event “Creating a Future-Oriented Coastal Community—For the Coexistence of Humans and the Ocean” was held. A full report (in Japanese only) of the day has just been published by the Tohoku Forum for Creativity, Tohoku University.

In this event, experts from diverse fields explored challenges in coastal communities, highlighting strategies for sustainable coexistence between humans and the ocean. Each participant left with fresh insights and practical hints for addressing the issues faced by coastal communities.
