Vice Director Inagaki has been selected as a Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg (HWK) Fellow in Germany.

Vice Director Inagaki has been selected as a Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg (HWK) Fellow in Germany and will visit the University of Bremen and the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research from July to September 2024.

With Prof. Shuhei Ono of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, one of WPI-AIMEC’s overseas PIs and a HWK Fellow, Prof. Inagaki will promote international brain circulation and collaborative research on biogeochemical carbon cycle management in the ocean and the subseafloor.
