Director Suga gave a presentation on WPI-AIMEC’s research to junior high school students participating in a robotics competition.

A group of Junior high school students participating in the international robotics competition visited the WPI-AIMEC office at Tohoku University on August 20, 2024, to interview experts about the challenges of ocean exploration.

After listening to Director Suga’s explanation of his research, the students and teachers asked questions about the current and future state of marine ecosystems and the challenges faced in research.
