DITTO Summit 2026 to be held in Yokohama

The DITTO Summit 2026, an official Action Programme of the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development (UN Ocean Decade), will be held in Yokohama, Japan, from November 11 to 13, 2026.

The summit aims to advance the science, technology, and implementation of Digital Twins of the Ocean (DITTO) while strengthening international collaboration and interoperability. Through these efforts, it seeks to accelerate the development of scenario-based ocean digital twin systems and promote sustainable ocean management, effective governance, and solutions that support the blue economy. WPI-AIMEC is pleased to co-host the DITTO Summit 2026 and encourages the global ocean community to contribute to and participate in this important event.
